If the order does not reach this amount, the costs are displayed according to the choice of delivery method.
We offer two types of deliveries:
- Delivery to a relay point: You choose an official Colissimo relay point on the payment page then you will be notified to pick up your package from the point once delivered.
- Signed home delivery: The delivery person brings your order directly to the address of your choice, someone must be present to receive the order and sign a confirmation of receipt.
Once your order is validated, our team takes 24-48 hours to prepare your order.
Colissimo comes to the workshop every day to collect the packages and delivers them within 24-48 hours throughout England and Belgium.
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday.
The address indicated on our site is only used for returning products for after-sales service and we do not have stock at this address. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses and it is not possible to collect orders on site.
